Order Types
We accept orders of all sizes. There is no minimum order quantity requirement for initial enquiries.
- Individual parts — single-piece orders for maintenance, replacement, or development purposes
- Prototypes — first-off parts for design validation, testing, and pre-series approval
- Small production series — low-volume batches for pilot production or limited supply runs
- Medium production series — regular production batches for ongoing supply requirements
Machining Operations
All parts are produced exclusively according to the customer's technical drawing or 3D model. We do not manufacture standard catalogue items.
- External turning — cylindrical, tapered, stepped, and profiled external surfaces
- Internal turning — bores, internal profiles, pockets, and recesses
- Drilling and boring — through holes, blind holes, and precision bores
- Grooves and chamfers — undercuts, snap ring grooves, O-ring grooves, and lead-in chamfers
- External threads — metric and inch standards, various pitches and classes of fit

Drawing Requirements
To prepare an accurate quotation, your technical drawing should clearly specify:
- Tolerances — dimensional tolerances for all critical features and fits
- Threads — thread standard (metric/inch), pitch, class of fit, and depth
- Surface finish — Ra value or equivalent surface quality requirement per feature
- Material — material designation, grade, standard, and any special requirements
- Quantity — required batch size or annual volume estimate
- Additional requirements — heat treatment, surface treatment, traceability, special packaging, or inspection documentation
Accepted formats: PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, or equivalent. If you have a 3D model without a 2D drawing, please contact us to discuss requirements before submitting.
